The Infusco Story

Infusco Coffee Roasters was reimagined in 2017 when Aaron Darling took sole ownership of the local roaster. His deep appreciation for the lakeshore, community, and coffee culture shaped the Infusco we know today.

Anchored by the lake in Sawyer, Michigan, Infusco remains independently owned and still roasts every batch of coffee by hand. Visit our locations in Downtown Sawyer or inside The Market on Main Street in St. Joseph.
